I'm a musician, a Brit who's swapped the grey skies for sunny Perth, and someone who's never been particularly good at doing things by halves.
What looks like a career full of changes is actually a career full of people. I've worked with children who communicate differently, supported people through challenging circumstances, managed teams, worked alongside business owners and dealt with just about every personality you can imagine.
Different industries. Different challenges. But the same skills kept coming with me.
Learning to read a room. Knowing when to ask questions and when to listen. Building trust with people from completely different walks of life. And figuring things out when there's no obvious answer.
I've never been afraid of hard work, but I've learnt that going above and beyond often earns you more work rather than more recognition or reward.
So I decided to put that work ethic into something of my own.

Because a CV tells you where someone's been. It doesn't always tell you who they are.
What I care about
Be different
You don't need a perfect CV or to tick every box. Sometimes it's the stuff that makes you different that makes you exactly what someone's looking for.
Be seen
I'm giving the employer the whole picture, not just the bits they've already made their mind up about.
Be selected
When I put someone forward, you can be sure they're someone I'd happily put my name behind.
