How we find your Select Few

  1. First, I get to know your business.

    Not just the job description. I want to know how your team works, how they communicate, the personalities involved and what experience you'd ideally like to see on a CV. But more importantly, what actually makes someone a good fit for your business.

  2. Then I do the legwork.

    I don't just wait for applications to roll in. I actively approach skilled people, including those who aren't looking for work. I have the conversations, ask the questions and find out who's actually worth introducing.

  3. You meet The Select Few.

    No mountain of CVs to sift through. Just a handful of people I've personally vetted and genuinely believe are worth your time.

    And if someone's CV makes you think, "Not a chance" — hear me out. Sometimes the people who don't look quite right on paper are the ones you really need to meet.

It's as simple as it sounds. If I don't place someone with you, there's no fee.

No obligation

A chat costs nothing and doesn't lock you into anything.

Payment terms

I only earn a fee when I place someone, so it's on me to find the right person. My fee is invoiced on your new starter's first day and is due within 7 days.

90-day replacement guarantee

If they leave within 90 days, I'll find you a replacement at no extra cost, subject to conditions.
