I'm a big believer in proper conversations, asking the questions other people might not think to ask, and getting to know the person behind the job title.

Some of the best people I've spoken to wouldn't necessarily stand out on paper. So I don't just look for a perfect CV. I look for your potential, your transferable skills and what might surprise people about you.
I look at everyone myself
Not right for today's role? Doesn't mean you're not right for the next one. I look at what you can bring to the table, not just which vacancy you fit into.
I meet you
This is where I get a little nosy (in the best way). What makes you tick? How do you communicate? What brings out your best? And most importantly, what kind of team would you actually thrive in?
